A bit about me

I am a caring and compassionate counsellor, who found my calling later in life.  It's a gift to wake up every day, knowing that I am living my dream of helping people to live their best life!

My focus is to help you to heal from past or present trauma and to become aware of your potential to live a happy and fulfilling life. I achieve this by hearing your challenges and concerns, then customizing a therapeutic plan tailored to your needs.

I will be there for you every step of the way.  I will provide a safe environment for you to tell me your story without  judgement.  I will respect you as an individual and give you my undivided attention and care always.
